A Bachelor of Arts in Missions opens doors to a lifetime of ministry and leadership, whether on the field or in support roles. You will be equipped to serve in churches, mission agencies, educational programs, or nonprofit organizations. Wherever God calls you!
 Cross-cultural missionary or church planter
Youth, campus, or discipleship ministry leader
 Educator or curriculum developer
Missions agency or nonprofit support staff
 Global project or training coordinator
Tuition is $350 per credit with a $125 semester technology fee and around $250 for books and supplies. Most students complete the program for about $44,000 total. Through scholarships, grants, and BGU’s work-college model, many students graduate with little to no debt.
Applying for BGU’s Bachelor of Arts in Missions online starts with a simple, no‑fee application form you can complete at your own pace either online or over the phone with an admissions counselor. You’ll provide basic information, spiritual background, education history, official transcripts, and two reference forms (one from a pastor and one personal). Once everything is submitted, applications are typically reviewed and decisions shared within two weeks
For international applicants, there are extra steps: you’ll need proof of English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 90 or Duolingo 120) and documentation of financial support before being issued an I‑20 for your student visa. U.S. students should also complete a criminal background check and immunization forms following acceptance, and then you’re all set to register for online orientation and begin classes.
Submit your application online or over the phone.
