Global Internship Fundraising

Learn Valuable Partnership Skills
BGU students gain hands-on experience in their field of study through our Global Internship program in more ways than one. As part of our affordable tuition model, students learn how to fundraise the cost of the program, learning valuable life and partnership skills along the way.
Paving the Way to Internship
BGU students fundraise the cost of the Global Internship program, rather than paying out of pocket. Students start the fundraising process their sophomore year, taking classes to learn best practices and methods for building their network and partnerships. This model, combined with BGU’s scholarship opportunities, keeps tuition affordable, allowing students to pursue their degrees and graduate with little to no debt.
The total length of the Global Internship program is 16 months, with 13 months spent onsite at the student’s internship location. The remaining three months are for field preparation and debriefing. Every undergraduate student participates in Global Internship as part of their degree requirement for graduation.
